The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller.

The prices listed by sellers on SellerNetworks.com often exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, license, regulatory, dealer documentary, emission testing and compliance fees, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final sale price of a particular asset.

Though we hope that all who come to SellerNetworks.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information which sellers supply or guarantee the assets they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of an asset that the check he/she gets from the buyer isn't going to bounce. You alone are responsible for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted through SellerNetworks.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the asset you're looking to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations about the asset. And since any erosion of user confidence in you is likely to be accompanied by erosion of user confidence in us, we care deeply about making sure that the information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects, you treat SellerNetworks.com users fairly and honorably. Though we can't monitor every transaction that originates through a listing on SellerNetworks.com, we may perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer assets for sale over SellerNetworks.com are prepared to sell the assets they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. By using our service, you agree to cooperate in these random quality assurance tests. If our tests reveal, or we otherwise learn, that a seller is engaging in "bait and switch" or other unfair or deceptive practices, SellerNetworks.com reserves the right to deny that seller use of the service.

By placing an ad using our service, you agree to pay the fees specified for the package you select, regardless of whether your asset sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your ad package and inputting your ad information; listing fees are generally not refundable, even if you provide erroneous information or fail to sell your asset. Our refund policy is available on SellerNetworks.com. We do not offer any guarantees of sale.

Refund Policy and Advertising Terms of Service
You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your ad if Seller Networks fails to post your listing or your asset was sold privately, within 24 hours of purchasing your ad. To request a refund, please email [email protected] and include your name, email address, phone number, ad ID, asset description, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the listing, and the reason you are requesting a refund. If the listing was sold privately within the first 24 hours, also include a notarized bill of sale.

Seller Networks reserves the right to make refunds at any time in connection with cases of fraud, abuse, and in other limited instances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, Seller Networks reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request.

Seller Networks is not responsible for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy.

Miscellaneous
Seller Networks does not allow spamming or data scraping. We want potential buyers visiting SellerNetworks.com to feel free to share their email addresses with those listing assets for sale on our site. By listing an asset for sale on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential sale of that asset. By using this website, you agree not to use information concerning other users of SellerNetworks.com, or the assets they've listed or searched for on this website (including listing information, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and/or other information), for any purpose other than to explore the potential purchase or sale of a listed asset. This Visitor Agreement has been made in, and will be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Nevada. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this website.
